Thank you for purchasing your PPE from and Zizion Group. The following information covers our Terms and Conditions along with our Return Policy. Our primary objective is your complete satisfaction.  



If you receive damaged or defective products, please notify us immediately so that we can address the problem, email us at [email protected] or go online and utilize our integrated RMA (Return Material Authorization) module. You can upload pictures and provide any applicable comments. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method utilized during your purchase process. We will pay for the return shipping costs of any damaged or defective products. Our return policy is 7 days. If we do not receive an email notification from you within 7 days of the delivery of your order, we are not able to ship replacements or issue refunds.


All Other Returns

We will ONLY accept returns of a product(s) if it is still in the original unopened and undamaged package and returned within 7 days of delivery of the order. Please email us at [email protected] or go online and utilize our integrated RMA (Return Material Authorization) module to initiate the refund process. You can refuse the original shipping box or place the unopened items in another box and send it to the address below within 7 days of delivery of your order. Return shipping charges are will be paid by the purchases. Please note, all returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.


Due to the nature of our products and safety concerns, all sales are final once the original shipping package has been opened. We are not able to accept returns of these products.


Our return policy is 7 days. We are not able to accept product returns unless they are returned in the original unopened and untampered with shipping packaging within 7 days of product delivery.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via and keep you apprised of the status. Once your return has been approved a credit will be processed onto the original payment method utilized on the purchase as quickly as possible.


Return of funds (if applicable):

If your refund has not been credited to your payment method within 14 days, check with your credit card company, sometimes it takes longer than hoped. Feel free to contact us at [email protected] if you have not received your funds within 21 days, we will do everything we can to get you taken care of. We have no desire to hold onto your money, we live on happy customers and know we will see you again soon for something else.


Sale items (if applicable):

Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund, sale or special programs are eligible for a store credit.


Exchanges (if applicable):

We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange is required please utilize our online RMA form or send an email to [email protected] or call us during business hours.



If you purchased an item and marked it as a gift you will receive a gift credit for the full value of the purchased item. Once the returned item has been received by us a credit will be placed on your account to use as you see fit in our online store.


If you are shipping a package with a value of over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
